DATA INGESTION
How do I upload company route files?
Go to **Settings > Open Ingestion Hub**. You can drag and drop your `.xlsx` files. The system automatically maps columns for Sigma IDs (or company equivalents), sequence, and visit days.
What happens if a client exists already?
The system performs a "Neural Sync" (Upsert). It updates existing client info but keeps the historical interaction records intact.
